About Jason E. Frankel, DC
Dr. Jason Frankel completed his undergraduate training at University of Rhode Island, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. He then received his Doctorate of Chiropractic, graduating summa cum laude from University of Bridgeport, College of Chiropractic and subsequently completed his clinical training at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department of the Hartford Medical Group, an affiliate of Hartford Hospital. While there, he worked together with medical practitioners including family practitioners, internists, physiatrists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons to combine manual techniques and traditional medical approaches to treat spinal and pelvic conditions.
Dr. Frankel is a highly trained specialist. He believes in a team approach to complex spinal conditions. Musculoskeletal Therapy & Rehabilitation is networked with the region’s premier spinal specialists to deliver the highest quality research supported care available.
Dr. Frankel is:
- Board Certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and in the State of Connecticut, having completed eight years of college and clinical internship.
- Has extensive post-graduate training in the most current spinal stabilization and rehabilitative exercise practices, as well as a wide variety of manual and soft tissue therapy techniques
- Lecturers to physicians, and other healthcare professionals, and the community at large.
- Member of, and serve in a variety of local organizations.
